2.2. Services may be delivered as one-off projects, ongoing retainers, performance-based agreements, or custom arrangements defined in a separate proposal, contract, or invoice.

2.3. While we apply best practices and professional expertise, Elevizo does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, revenue, or business outcomes.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1. Clients agree to provide accurate, lawful, and up-to-date information, content, access credentials, and materials necessary for the delivery of Services.

3.2. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use all content, images, branding, and data supplied to Elevizo.

3.3. Clients must ensure their business activities comply with applicable laws and regulations in their operating regions.

3.4. Delays in providing required materials, approvals, or access may affect timelines and results, for which Elevizo is not liable.

4. Website & SEO Work

4.1. Website performance, search rankings, and AI visibility are influenced by external factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithms, competition, and platform changes.

4.2. Elevizo may implement technical, structural, and content recommendations, but final implementation may depend on Client approval or third-party platforms.

4.3. Clients acknowledge that SEO and AI search optimisation are ongoing processes, and results typically improve over time rather than instantly.

5. Data Usage & Privacy

5.1. By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5.2. Elevizo may process Client data strictly for the purpose of delivering Services, analytics, reporting, and optimisation.

5.3. While we apply reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

6. Payments & Fees

6.1. Fees, payment schedules, and scope of Services will be defined in proposals, contracts, or invoices.

6.2. Late payments may result in paused work, delayed delivery, or suspension of Services.

6.3. Unless otherwise agreed, payments are non-refundable for work already completed.

7. Third-Party Platforms

7.1. Services may involve third-party platforms (e.g., hosting providers, CMS platforms, analytics tools, search engines, AI systems). Elevizo is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or performance issues related to third parties.

7.2. Any contracts or accounts Clients hold with third-party providers remain their responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Elevizo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services, including loss of profits, traffic, rankings, or business opportunities.

8.2. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific Services in question.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. Upon full payment, Clients retain rights to their final website and approved deliverables, unless otherwise agreed.

9.2. Elevizo retains the right to use non-confidential project work for portfolio and promotional purposes.

10. Termination

10.1. Either party may terminate Services according to the terms outlined in the service agreement.

10.2. Upon termination, outstanding payments remain due for work completed.

11. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Elevizo harmless from any claims, damages, or legal issues arising from Client-provided content, business practices, or misuse of Services.

12. Changes to Terms

Elevizo may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Elevizo Ltd’s registered jurisdiction. Disputes shall be handled within the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
